    Training & Documentation

From employee de-escalation training to site-specific Emergency Action Plans, we deliver the tools and documentation needed to stay CRA-compliant, pass inspections, and potentially reduce insurance costs.

Operating a CRA-licensed facility comes with real risks — both from outside threats and internal vulnerabilities. While security systems are required by the state, many facilities stop at basic camera setups or outdated protocols — leaving gaps that can lead to:

  • CRA violations and fines

  • Failed inspections or license delays

  • Internal theft or cash diversion

  • Inadequate emergency response planning

  • Increased insurance costs

At BHS Tactics & Consulting, we don’t just help you “check the box” — we help you build a culture of safety, responsibility, and operational control. With law enforcement-trained consultants and a practical, on-site approach, we deliver solutions that meet CRA standards and prepare your staff for real-world incidents.
