Sponsor: This giveaway is sponsored by BHS Tactics & Consulting, Coldwater, Michigan (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility: Open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of BHS Tactics & Consulting, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period: The giveaway begins on [start date/time, EST] and ends on December 31, 2025 at 11:59:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

• One free entry per person by submitting your name and email during the Promotion Period. Limit one free entry per person/email address.

• Additional entries can be earned by purchasing BHS merchandise or services, at a rate of 1 entry per $1 spent. Trainings and CPL classes may be purchased during the Promotion Period and scheduled for a future date; entries will still count. All giveaway-related purchases are final.

• Bonus entries may be earned by completing optional actions (sharing on Facebook, following BHS on Facebook), provided screenshots are sent to BHS to validate completion.

• No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase does not increase your chances of winning.

• Alternate method of entry: Email [your email address] with the subject line: “Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, and phone number. Email entries must be received by the end of the Promotion Period.

Prize:
The winner will receive a prize package of BHS-recommended products and/or services. The final prize list will be announced prior to the end of the Promotion Period and will include a combination of preparedness, safety, and training items personally selected and recommended by BHS Tactics & Consulting.

• Number of Winners: One (1) Grand Prize winner will be selected. Sponsor reserves the right, at its discretion, to also award runner-up prizes or additional winners.

• Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at the Sponsor’s sole discretion.

Winner Selection and Notification: Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries. Winner(s) will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing. If a winner does not respond within seven (7) days of notification, an alternate winner may be selected.

Special Promotions & Surprise Giveaways:
Sponsor reserves the right to run special promotional periods during the Promotion Period in which entries may be multiplied (e.g., “double entry days” or “bonus entry promotions”) or to conduct additional surprise giveaways of smaller prizes. Details of these promotions will be announced through Sponsor’s official communication channels (e.g., website, social media, or email). Participation in these promotions is subject to the same eligibility and entry requirements as the main giveaway.

Taxes: All federal, state, and local taxes associated with acceptance and use of any prize are the sole responsibility of the winner. Sponsor will not provide tax advice or assume any tax obligations on behalf of the winner. Winners are encouraged to consult with their own tax advisors regarding any tax implications of receiving the prize.

Hold Harmless & Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release, indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BHS Tactics & Consulting, its owners, officers, employees, representatives, agents, contractors, affiliates, partners, successors, and assigns from and against any and all liability, claims, injuries, damages, losses, or actions of any kind (including, without limitation, death, personal injury, property damage, or loss of any kind) arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from participation in the giveaway or acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, misdirected, damaged, illegible, or undeliverable entries; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; or other causes beyond its reasonable control.

Disqualification: Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entry that is incomplete, fraudulent, uses false information, is generated by automated means, or otherwise does not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy: Information collected from participants will be used solely for the purposes of administering this giveaway and for future updates from BHS Tactics & Consulting. Personal information will not be sold, shared, or disclosed to third parties outside of these purposes.

General Conditions:

• Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any factor beyond its reasonable control impairs the integrity of the promotion.

• Entries generated by script, macro, or other automated means are void.

Publicity: Except where prohibited, participation in the giveaway constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation.

Governing Law: The giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law rules.
