Sponsor:
This giveaway (“Promotion”) is sponsored by BHS Tactics & Consulting, Coldwater, Michigan (“Sponsor”).

Eligibility:
Open to legal residents of the United States, age 18 or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
Employees, officers, contractors, and representatives of BHS Tactics & Consulting, as well as their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and members of the same household, are not eligible to participate.

Promotion Period:
The giveaway begins on November 1, 2025, at 08:00:00 AM EST and ends on December 31, 2025, at 11:59:59 PM EST (“Promotion Period”).
Entries received before or after this time will not be eligible.

How to Enter:

1. Free Entry:
Submit your name, email and DOB during the Promotion Period = 1 free entry.
Limit one free entry per person/email address.

2. Merchandise, Services & Pre-Orders:
Earn additional entries for supporting BHS:

• Every $1 spent on BHS merchandise (shirts, mugs, hats, etc.) or Products = 1 entry

• Every $1 spent on BHS services (trainings, risk assessments, CPL classes, etc.) = 1 entry

• Orders or bookings over $50 = +10 bonus entries

• Pre-orders of new BHS, Olight, or North American Rescue products = +20 bonus entries per item

• Pre-orders over $100 = +50 bonus entries

Pre-orders may be placed now for items shipping at a later date; entries will still count. All giveaway-related purchases are final.

3. Bonus Actions:
Optional, no-cost methods to earn extra entries:

• Share the giveaway on Facebook and tag BHS Tactics & Consulting = +5 entries

  (Send a screenshot for verification.)

No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase or pre-order does not increase your chances of winning.

Alternate Method of Entry:
Email JRenshaw@BHSsecure.com with the subject line “Giveaway Entry” and include your full name, mailing address, and phone number.
Email entries must be received by December 31, 2025, 11:59 PM EST.

Prize:
One (1) winner will receive a Preparedness Prize Package featuring BHS-approved gear, Olight lighting tools, and North American Rescue medical equipment, along with select BHS training or merchandise items.
The final prize list will be announced before the end of the Promotion Period.

Approximate Retail Value (ARV): To be determined once all prize items are confirmed.
Prizes are non-transferable, with no substitutions or cash equivalents, except at Sponsor’s discretion.
Sponsor reserves the right to award additional or runner-up prizes.

Winner Selection & Notification:
Winner(s) will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
Odds depend on the total number of entries.
Winner(s) will be notified via email within seven (7) days of the drawing.
If a winner fails to respond within seven (7) days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Special Promotions:
Sponsor may offer temporary promotions during the Giveaway Period, such as Double Entry Days or Bonus Entry Campaigns.
These special promotions will be announced through BHS’s official channels (website, Facebook, or email).
All special promotions are subject to the same eligibility and entry requirements.

Taxes:
All federal, state, and local taxes associated with accepting a prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Winners are encouraged to consult a tax professional. Sponsor does not provide tax advice.

Hold Harmless & Limitation of Liability:
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless BHS Tactics & Consulting, its owners, officers, employees, agents, contractors, affiliates, and partners from any liability, claims, injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation or use of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, misdirected, or technical issues that prevent entry.

Disqualification:
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or do not comply with these Terms & Conditions.

Privacy Policy:
Information collected will be used only for administering this giveaway and sending future BHS updates.
Personal information will never be sold or shared with third parties outside of these purposes.

Publicity:
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

General Conditions:
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if technical or other issues compromise its integrity.
Entries generated by automated means are void.

Governing Law:
This giveaway and these Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict of law principles.
