Thank you for shopping with BHS Tactics & Consulting. We strive to provide high-quality apparel, gear, and safety products. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. General Return Policy

We accept returns for eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • Tags, labels, packaging, and accessories must be included.

  • You must provide the order number and proof of purchase.

If the return is approved, you may receive a refund, store credit, or exchange depending on the product type (details below).

2. Non-Returnable / Final Sale Items

Because of safety, hygiene, or manufacturer restrictions, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Medical / trauma gear (e.g., North American Rescue products, tourniquets, hemostatic agents, emergency kits)

  • Custom-printed apparel (Printful items) unless defective or misprinted

  • Digital products (eBooks, templates, downloadable files)

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as Final Sale

3. Apparel & Merchandise Returns (Printful / On-Demand Items)

All shirts, hoodies, mugs, and other Printful-made items are produced on demand. Because they are custom-printed:

  • We can only accept returns for misprints, defects, or incorrect items.

  • Size exchanges are not guaranteed because inventory is not pre-stocked.

  • If the issue is Printful’s manufacturing error, we will replace the item at no cost.

Reporting an Issue

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Include photos of the issue.

  • We will work directly with the manufacturer to resolve it.

4. Safety Gear, Tools & Equipment

Rescue gear, lighting, tactical tools, and similar products must be unused and unopened to qualify for a return.

Opened medical products or damaged packaging cannot be accepted due to manufacturer safety requirements.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial.

Approved refunds are issued:

  • To the original payment method, or

  • As store credit, if preferred.

Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

6. Exchanges

Exchanges are allowed when:

  • The item is eligible for returns

  • Replacement inventory is available

  • The product category allows exchanges (not medical gear or custom-printed apparel unless defective)

7. Return Shipping

Unless the return is due to an error on our end:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • We recommend using a trackable service, as BHS is not responsible for lost return packages.

8. Incorrect Address or Failed Delivery

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout:

  • Reshipment costs are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refund eligibility depends on product type.
