This one-day, hands-on course focuses on defensive rifle application, teaching you to move, reload, and think under pressure. Designed for shooters who have completed our AR Fundamentals class or have prior experience handling the platform.
What you’ll learn:
🔹 Advanced manipulations & reloads under stress
🔹 Malfunction clearing and movement fundamentals
🔹 Use of cover and positional shooting
🔹 Target transitions and decision-making drills
🔹 Threat recognition and controlled engagement
Course Length: 6–7 hours
Location: Southwest Michigan & surrounding areas
Expect a full day of live-fire training with practical, realistic drills that build confidence, control, and precision under stress.

Required equipment (students):
Serviceable AR-style rifle (bring what you own) or arrange loaners.
2–3 magazines, belt or chest rig for mags.
200–300 rounds (factory ammo recommended).
Eye & hearing protection, hat, hydration, sturdy footwear.
Optional: sling, plate carrier/vest (if practicing on-gear movement).
